1. Terms of Contract

The following conditions regulate the relations between customer and

onlinekarten.ch

We usually dispatch your order within 3 business days. The delivery is being performed by swiss “A-Post”. Onlinekarten.ch is not liable for damages that occurred during transport.
 

Only orders from companies and individuals with address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein are accepted through our online store. However, deliveries to EU Countries are possible but only upon written agreement. Requests might be send via Mail.
 

2. Payment - all prices displayed are in Swiss Franc (CHF) - Payment has to be received in full within 30 days after dispatch - Shipping is free - onlinekarte.ch reserves the right to change displayed prices at any time without notice.
 

3. Returns of defective goods

Deliveries from onlinkarten.ch have to be inspected upon arrival and defective goods have to be claimed in writing within 5 days after delivery. If no claims have reached onlinekarten.ch within that period the delivery is accepted as correct and in good condition.
 

onlinekarten.ch does not accept returns out of following reasons: - Change of mind (cards are not to your liking anymore) - Mistakenly ordered goods - goods damaged by the customer.
 

4. Retention of Ownership

Upon receive of full payment, delivered goods remain property of onlinekarten.ch.
 

5. Privacy Policy

All stored customer data and order information will be treated confidentially. Onlinekarten.ch will not disclose your data to third parties. Onlinekarten.ch reserves the right to use data from registered customers, for own advertising purposes.
 

6. Legal Jurisdiction

The relationship between customer and onlinekarten.ch abides Swiss law. Venue of jurisdiction is onlinekarten.ch’ place of business.
